The board of the International Schapendoes Federation consist of members of all the Schapendoes Clubs that are united in the ISF. Each Schapendoes Club assigns two people to represent the club in the ISF. Of these people one is chosen President and one is chosen Secretary. Both are chosen for a period of 2 years and after that period 2 people from other countries will be chosen. For 2009-2010 the president and secretary are:
